Chris Elisha Allen is a Quandamooka-based cross-disciplinary artist primarily working in Meanjin (Brisbane).  They have a particular focus on experimental sculpture. Fascinated with ambiguity, navigating tension is a recurring theme in their work. Repeatedly, bodily imagery is abstracted. Allen’s process centres the relationship between them and the medium, embracing the peculiarities that arise.
